As part of National Windsurfing Week, Oxford Sailing Club, home to the Oxford Zoomers Team15 club are extending an invitation to all youth windsurfers to join in with their regular Team15 session on Thursday 8th May, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. As well as the coaching there will be some fun racing as part of the session, with Oxford Zoomers showing the way, being T15 South Zone Champions (2006 and 2007). The club are also giving free taster sessions on Saturday 3rd May, from 10.30 to 4.00pm, so if you want to learn how to windsurf, now is your chance. | |

ADOPT-A-BEACH
The Green Blue is an environmental awareness initiative by the British Marine Federation and the Royal Yachting Association. One of its aims is to educate and promote the sustainable use of coastal and inland waters by watersports participants.
Some of the initiatives have a relevance to windsurfers - especially in achieving cleaner seas and beaches.
Adopt-a-Beach is definitely relevant to T15ers, which is a Marine Conservation Society project supported by the Green Blue.
